The room I stayed in was really quiet and had a spacious bathroom with a nice shower and comfy bed. They had good tea/coffee making stuff and a fridge that actually worked. the location here is awesome, right in the center of town. 🌟

cleanliness: room was clean and well equipped with a tiny fridge - cutlery, and a coffee machine. location: central location - near public transport - shops, and historic sites. local insights: got to explore the city center easily. one service that stood out: hotel without staff - given a code for the doors which worked really well.

Would definitely recommend.

my recent stay at a hotel in Ghent was amazing! for a wedding ceremony, Heirloom Hotels exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the air conditioning was great!

One thing was off - the TV didn't work.

The hotel is deluxe and clean with modern and quiet rooms. the staff, including the owner, is really helpful. - the venue has a stunning setting in the Old Town district, very close to a nice area and the historical center. - Whenever I'm in Ghent, I enjoy staying here!

loved the modern design - the private balcony formed within the roofslope, and the rooflight over the bed. the room was clean and quite big. great location - right next to the oldest part of the city center. automatic check-in and check-out with code-based access to the room.

We had a great stay at Heirloom Hotels - the Librarian. the location was perfect, very close to the city centre and all the shops and bars. the street where the hotel is situated was quiet and felt safe. the decor in our room, although not appointed well, was still tasteful. the sheets on the bed were comfy and warm. We also liked the fact that we didn't need a key to access our room. the hotel staff's communication by email was prompt and efficient. we had a pleasant experience. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😊.

Shower door was missing a rubber, resulting in a surprise "swimming pool" vibe mid-shower. What a refreshing experience!
